First off, I hope Will stays. he had to deal with a couple of negative posts this AM, so maybe he was just having a bad day. I cant get a better Gm then Will in here, so he is my first option.
If he decides to go, we need to find a new GM. I want it to be interactive and boost posting. So I think Im gonna open it up to suggestions.

I love Lums but I am worried about how badly he did in the last BBS. This version has more Gm talent.

I've never really heard of any of them outside of Lum (no) and Allstar (no).

A2J and Pmc are both very good Gms. Either would be nice to have.
AllStar is so inconsistent with activity.
Jay is someone I think that could be active, and he is a much better Gm then he was before.
I cant speak much of the UOSL guys. Maybe Ducky can give us a little more insight.

I think Will should come back and needs to realize this sim isn't running full throttle yet due to expansion draft. Once we get past season 3 things are going to shake up tremendously and activity will be back through the roof to quit now is like leaving your baby at the door step of a hospital.

a2j or pmc definitely if will doesn't come back...hopefully he reconsiders
A2j, pmc, and jay have all built good teams in the NBN so i think they'd be good additions. All are active too...

I'd say PMC is the best of those mentioned, and A2J & Jay are fine choices as well. Shaun & Ray are solid GM's too. I think they're all worth giving a shot to.

Love all the positive comments. Im good anyways being a assistant to DJ. Also Im too busy to give it my all at this time. Plus its still very active here even with the league being slow. Ive already posted and told others that gives others a chance before me and that im happy as a last resort only to help the BBS out.
