With steak, its all about seasoning and not cooking too quickly. I also prefer on the rare side.

I marinated this in garlic and herb sauce for an hour and then cooked it in olive oil. So good. Got 1.6 pounds of this for only 13 bucks at the store.

Ya. I really love soup. Andrea made a great cream of mushroom and a great brocolli cheddar. I also love sandwiches. weve always talked about making like 3-5 house spreads, and finding a really good bakery and then mixing and matching different sandwiches with different home made soups.
