lol....IF there is any neuron growth after adulthood it is very minimal. (Scientists are debating this) . You can establish new connections between neurons though. If you lose part of your brain you cannot grow it back. Sorry. You simply cannot grow a brain at our ages.

And after reading the article that you referenced I was right! It doesn't say they can divide and create new cells.
I said you can't grow NEW brain cells. The article says OLD brain cells can grow.
