I gave you a long leash to make mistakes and you took too long to make your team better. I cant allow you to make bad trade after bad trade. Sorry man. lol whats bad trade after bad trade? I made a move (maybe a little late) to get 2 awesome post guys to bring this team back, then I go out and find a SF with A-,A,A- ratings to help even more and because I lose my first this year im gone? ok....not going to argue anymore. peace Later.

Its possible no one agrees with me here, but I see a chance to actually make this franchise okay in the long term with this decision. it should have started with the last trade, when he dealt a 22 year old stud for a 30 and 35 year old. If you're gonna do stuff like this it has to be consistent.. not, oh its Dj, im gonna jump in... LOL, get over yourself. It had nothing to do with you DJ. It never does.

Smith is 17/10 as a non option... with A defense at sf, A- at pf/c... he's easily a better overall player than Issel, even at 35 years old. DJ, your opinion is completely useless here because you never do a trade unless you see it as a huge win. Well fucking said.

I offered him Ty Walker for Issel and Cann - that's better than this

Lol at you and the heavy bias that exists in this league. Certain GMs make a trade that is in their favor and they get praised for it... others do it and well, you see what happens.

Just bad timing.

Your opinion is biased. This has nothing to do with you, it has to do with the Atlanta franchise. I can bring in a new GM, allow him to blow the team up and start with their 22 1st. They are already on pace for a top 2 pick and I can not count this year against the CY for the new GM. It makes too much sense. Whoever the new GM is can trade Hans and Cousins and try and rebuild this team correctly, instead of someone making bad move after bad move and ruining the future of the team.

this trade is bad but not vetoable though
i think apn getting fired because of his overall performance and idiocy in the offseason is fine. This trade is really not that horrible by itself though.
