I love Pig but this is where I think Spencer should be more proactive with firing of people.

Wow, I didn't realize JAH was in his CY yet. I thought this was like his second year rebuilding. Kinda shocked. He should make it, but as this year proves, the East is no place to sit on your youth and expect to bang out 40. The Sixers just got really good. My team will be better. Bucks will be better. Cavs, Bulls too. It's tough to climb into the top 8 in the East. I doubt anyone rebuilds. I like a lot of players JAH has but it looks like he'll have to trade them if he wants 40.

Realistically the only bad year I have had as a GM is that 2013-2014 offseason. I know it sounds funny looking at everything, but that fucking offseason absolutely murdered me. Even up until now I am still suffering the consequences from that offseason. I misjudged the value of certain players, made awful trades and my future planing didn't plan out how I envisioned it. I thought I could get certain value for certain players, ended up not getting anything. Players degressed like crazy. For the last 8 years I have been trying to make up for my mistakes then.

No one wanted any thing of mine in between 2015-2019. This was my most frustrating point as a GM because I tried everything and couldn't do anything. Lost a lot of interest during this time.

You have your lotto pick. I think you're one trade and a nice TC from being a 40 win team. |
