If so, I need help.
My managers being a huge dick while I'm in pain at home, not getting paid and being disciplined for missing work for a injury that happened at work.
Any law students in this league or anyone that can help me lmk please.

Long story. I posted my story in a workers comp forum already.
Pretty bad lower back pain and no range of movement. I'm getting better but am really pissed that I'm getting disciplined for missing work for a injury that happened at work.

Wow, IDK. I never have to deal with any workmans comp stuff. Im gonna guess that they are somewhat liable though. I know we have to be cautious about all types of things at work. Im thinking you might need to call local attorneys and just talk it out with them.

I'm not one to complain and don't want any compensation for missed time/medical attention actually, but I'm furious that I could actually get suspended for missing work.

Oh well a company of that magnitude I am sure there is some sort of Worker Compensation program. Do some research. There must of been some type of agreement or contract you signed before you started employment.
