Love this trade for the Nets. I didn't think we were going to net anything significant besides expirings for Vince, and instead we pick up expirings in Alston and Battie and a young player I like alot in Courtney Lee.

Yea it's actually a great for New Jersey. I first read it and thought that Orlando was getting a steal just b/c of Vince's name. But once I thought about it for about 5 seconds, I realized they weren't lol. I guess those expirings aren't all that important to them since they will already have players like Hedo, Lewis, Nelson, and probably Dwight under contract by then so they couldn't really be much of a FA player.

Yeah I mean it still makes alot of sense for Orlando, Otis Smith that the window of opportunity to win in the East is very open for them, so it's good to see them going for it.

Gonna be tough to do, as it doesn't seem there's 270ish posts to talk about the draft and trades lol.

Hopefully the Wiz get someone nice in the 2nd round. They are pretty good at 2nd round drafting . McGwire, Blatche, Blake etc....

This draft hardly has any bigmen in it past the top 5 or so. There might only be like 11 true PF/C selected.

I wouldn't mind someone like Ahmad Nivins in the 2nd round for the Cavs

We could use an athletic, long big who can block some shots like Nivins.

The Knicks will pick someone crazy to mess up everyones mock draft. That is a given. They'll trade up to #6 to take Hansbrough or something like that .

Interesting......Do the Warriors think they have enough to compete now? They need to compete because they had that huge year a couple years ago and then they started sucking again and ticket sales are down. I think they think theyre closer to competing then to rebuilding and with Amare I think they could be very good. Randolph and Amare would be a sick big man combo. Ellis, Jackson, Maggette can all score. Probably need a rebounder with the MLE, but the team would be solid. Also Im not a big fan of Wright, Belinelli or whoever is at 7.

New rumor. Biedrins, Wright, Belinelli, #7 for Amare. Would be a sick deal for the Suns, IMO
