I am a big travel guy and I am trying to figure out where to go this summer for the families big trip. I personally want to go to Mauritius but my mom wants to go to South Africa. Anyone else know any kick ass places to consider?

I'm going to Israel and London. Go to Israel, Pig. Israel is a trip for when I'm older, not for when I want to get drunk all the time.

Let's save some time.
Martinez is gonna say Spain...
Someone is gonna say Dubai and post some of the pictures of their crazy architecture, I forget who.
Andy is gonna say a porn website.
One of the Australians will say Sydney.

Amsterdam. The drugs are great, and were obviously my favorite part. But the people there and the scenery is absolutely sick. The Van Gogh museum was a trip (literally) and the Anne Frank House is pretty cool too. Red Light district ... decent. Nothing special. The sex shows there are literally that - a sex show. It's like watching two professional sex athletes, got a little disturbing at times. This is clearly not a trip with the family though, but when you get out and start traveling on your own, it's great. Two pics from my trip: The South of France. In particular, Nice is your best spot to work out of. It's absolutely gorgeous in the summer, and from there you can reach Cannes, Monaco/Monte Carlo and a bunch of mountainous medieval cities that have been completely preserved (the one we went to was called Eze). All that shit is so close by, like 30-40 minutes apart. Great place for you and the family I think. There's shit for younger people. a beautiful beach, gambling in the gambling capital of the world for the folks, and so on. I adored it. Two more pics: Lastly, Switzerland, but not fucking Zurich. You need to hit up the mountains. I'd recommend a city called Interlaken - it's the extreme sports capital of the world, you can go hang gliding, bungee jumping, canyoning, white water rafter, sky diving, whatever. It's so sick. Plus, and I don't exaggerate here at all, it's the most beautiful place in the entire world. The scenery in the mountains can't be beat. Two pics: I like to travel a lot and shit too, and those are three of my favorite places I've been. Worth checking out for sure.

My top three destinations are New York, London and Dubai, although I can't imagine living in Dubai. It'd just be a holiday destination for me, although the lack of tax there is insane! I went to Dubai two summers ago and stayed in the 7 star hotel, the Burj Al Arab. Fucking ri-donk-ulous. The place is like paradise.
I'll be living in London after I graduate in July, and I hope to one day be living in NYC. They're the two finance capitals of the world. Now all I need is a holiday home in Dubai and I'm set!
I need to make millions fast lol.

A lot lol, but that trup was about the sentimental value for my family. There's a whole NBN thread on it somewhere. It was like the last summer my whole family could be together so my Dad wanted to do something really special. One of those family memories you'll never forget sorta things.

Me and a few friends wanna go somewhere for like a week. Somewhere different though. Valid, it's a nice family trip but how is it as far as "other" stuff.

Lol what "other" stuff are you specifically talking about eh? There's lots of shit to do anyway. We were there for 5 or 6 days I think and were never bored or stuck for things to do. If you go, you need to go on the sand-dune bashing trip where you get in a 4x4, they deflate the tyres, then you drive over the desert. That was one of the highlights of the trip.
