Ya, they shouldve given credit out, but they're still awesome.

Yes, they should have given credit to the peoples music they used. The rock and roll hall of fame has been honoring early musicians that influenced rock even in very minor roles. I'm not saying that it makes up for what Led Zeppelin did, but there is plenty of music out there that many artists haven't given credit where it is due.

Oasis are my favourite band ever so I love the likes of Don't Look Back In Anger, Champagne Supernova, Live Forever and Wonderwall etc. But it's hard to pick one song of theirs that I like the most, let alone one song, period. I could listen to either of their first two albums, Definitely Maybe or Morning Glory forever, and not get bored though. Same goes for albums like Parachutes by Coldplay, Performance & Cocktails and Word Gets Around by Stereophonics, White Ladder by David Gray, and Inside In/Inside Out by the Kooks. There are a few other albums too that I can't choose between.

What a question. The most played songs on my iTunes, so only recent shit, are the following:
The Glory by Kanye Nude by Radiohead Gold Watch by Lupe Fiasco Dance Monkey by Sage Francis We Just Won't Be Defeated by the Go! Team Supa GFF by Ghostface Killah Slow Show by The National
So yeah, I like that kind of music. One song though ... Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd OR Life's a Bitch by Nas

Or anything off of Daft Punk's Homework album.
Hot Chip is the shit too, their first album was tight.
MGMT and MSTRKRFT are both making sick music right now as well.
And Girl Talk, of course, the best mash up musical producer of all time.

Phil Collins - In The Air Tonight Bender and I lived with this black kid from Harlem named Kelvin but went by and called himself Calvin(we really think he thought his name was pronounced that way) and he always used to blast this song. Also he blasted it so loud and has his bass turned up too much so the sound was distorted too. It was funny. I miss Kelvin he was a funny dude to have around.

Do you want me to zip you up a folder with Australian house/electro from some of our best DJ's? lmk I'm pretty sure i've probably heard it all already, lol, unless they're local DJs. It sucks living in America though because tracks I've known for over a year already just like become popular now. The house/trance scene is semi-big in the states, but it's dominated by what we like to call "guidos." A bunch of fags.

Pete Rock's newest mixtape NY's Finest is fucking crazy. Soul Brother is still making crazy beats on this old SP 1200. Though my bet is not many people here are into underground hip hop.

You think they're crazy drug addicts, you should check out the Rentals ... they wrote a whole album in Spain on vacation with a shitload of meth. It's great shit.

Martinez, yes, I'm talking about local stuff. I'll zip you something up when I get home.
New favorite DJ at the moment is Deadmau5. Unbelievable, I'm in love with his stuff. Get on it.
