Of course he's gonna have to bulk up to play in the NBA, but with a stroke like that and the ability to drive to the basket that he has shown in this tournament, he will play in the NBA.

He won't have such an easy type taking NBA defenders off the dribble and taking it to the basket, but I love his quick release... it's a big reason why I think he can have success at the next level.

I don't know how anyone could watch this and not think he can have success at the next level. As is, the Box and 1 is limiting him right now, which blows.

There's going to be much, much better defenders in the NBA and in the NBA he will be attacked on the defensive end. He's great for this level but I don't see him making the transition, look at JJ Reddick.

JJ played for Duke and never was this explosive, smart, could never drive like Curry, could never shoot with a hand in his face like Curry. Curry's flat out much better than JJ.

He's great for this level but I don't see him making the transition, look at JJ Reddick. I do. Do I see him being a star? Absolutely not, but he can play in the NBA. He's much quicker then Redick, can drive in the lane a lot better, and his release is the quickest I've ever seen. His shot is so smooth, it's unreal. I've never seen a more pure shooter then Curry, the kid is a flat-out phenomenal shooter. Are there better defenders at the pro level? Obviously, and that's why I don't see him being a star, but he could be a dangerous player nonetheless.

First off, a shooter this good, when he gets screens, can't be guarded man-to-man because big men will never be able to step out and block his shots consistently. Second, he's got NBA range and beyond, which can space out the court and if a defender overpursues, well, he's a really smart decisionmaker going to the basket. He doesn't force, he just knows how to break down defenses. JJ knew how to get a screen and shot. Curry can be a really great third guard and will be a fourth quarter player in the NBA.

He's great for this level but I don't see him making the transition, look at JJ Reddick. Redick couldn't create his own shot. He might have more difficulty at the next level (like I said earlier) but Curry has the ability to take defenders off the dribble.

There's a reason he's at Davidson yeah there is.. he was a 5'7" shooting guard before his growth spurt during his senior year. I'd trade Jon Scheyer for Stephen Curry any day

So you guys are saying Curry's going to be an all-star player at the next level? Had you even heard of him before this tournament?
