Which makes absolutely no sense. Every single pad in football is completely necessary. I wore a helmet, obviously, every year that I played football and I've still had 5 concussions. but it's just the way they view it... I had a rugby player from Spain come to America a couple of weeks ago and we took him to see the Jets pre-season game. He liked it, but he still felt Rugby was a much more demanding and tougher sport. That's just their mentality I guess. I've played rugby also. Football hurt a bit worse.

No, it has nothing to do with how expensive it is. Why the hell do you think Rugby is so popular. The reason why they don't like American Football anywhere else but America is because they think it's a pussy sport where you need to dress up head to toe in armor. lol...money has nothing to do with it. What a joke. Funny how football was always considered the poor man's ame, yet footballers are amongst the highest earners in the world. It's stupid money though when people can earn £150k per WEEK for it.

I said the world...not just Europe. Poor towns in Africa can afford football gear? hell no. And pussies? You need pads in football or tons of people would die.
The Super Bowl gets pretty much the same ratings world wide as a World Cup final. and it gets way better ratings world wide than any individual league championship game in any other sport.

Haha money does have a lot to do with it. You think all those African countries can afford it? And people dress up in "armor" because you will get so incredibly messed up if you don't. If you look at the football players who are now in their 50's and 60's are incredibly MESSED UP from their playing days. They took that much abuse. LMAO at pussy sport. Ok let's give you people a reality check. Do ghettos not exist in America? Don't alot of these professional players come from absolutely nothing to be where they are at today? How could they turn to football if they had "no money." There are ways to play the sport... and believe me Africa has alot more things to worry about than American Football.

Yes you develpe strategies but the basics are very easy to teach. It is much easier to expand than football.

Most of those players aren't able to emerge until they reach middle school and high school where the public school system is able to pay for them to play football. I'm sure African countries could easily afford to pay for "Friday Night Lights" if they really enjoyed it, huh?

The public school system does buddy. Geez. Yeah some places get better stuff than others. Some places get new shit every year and others don't. But most places in America at least have something to use. I'm not talking about 1 person.

Read my post. maybe you should read mine before posting like an idiot. You just said there are always ways to play the sport even without money. Without money, you can't play football the way its meant to be played. And these African countries don't have the money to be able to fully experience American Football.

This is American Football summed up: Get ball Run with ball Get knocked down Use foot to kick ball once in a while, otherwise throw it Catch ball Run with ball Get knocked down Repeat. There is no skill to the sport. All you have to do is run and catch. By far one of the worst posts I've seen. Wow.... Yeah, it's as wishy-washy a comment as people just saying "soccer sucks". It's ignorant. How can a sport that is loved by so many people around the world suck? It's a stupid comment. It's the most popular sport in the world.
