Am i not eligible to write an article for an rc? have 96 posts and did 1 rankings article... half of 96 is 48 + 50 = 98.. Im 2 points off

Huh? I dont know if im just really stupid but doesnt it all get added up and if your within a certain you become eligible to write an article? Kind of confused. Not being sarcastic either

what we've done is have posts and articles/rewards be separate.
calculate the posts and get a number
calculate the rewards, jobs, etc. and get a number
get those two numbers and add them together to get the rcs for each team
if you're within 20 points of the rewards, jobs, etc., you have the chance to write an article to get that extra rc. you cannot do this with posts.

People need to read the rules. It isnt a confusing concept.
200 posts =1RC
200 or more posts = 1 RC
199 post = 0 RC
199 or less = 0 RC
Posts count separately from articles, sigs, winning, playoffs, etc.
