Galo has talent but it doesn't fit together. Not sure he can put it together.
Manas also has talent, but he needs to make some moves this offseason.
Martinez needs quite a bit. He has some solid players, but they're all complimentary guys.

So if you miss the playoffs and win less than 40 for ANY 3 seasons in a row you get a CY? Or just your first 3 seasons?

It's for your entire BBS career if at any time you go winless for 3 straigth seasons you need to make playoffs or win at least 40 games or you are fired. So you can be in BBS for 10 seasons, lose for 3 straight seasons, not make playoffs and be fired in your 14th season. |
