If you trade Tate instead of cutting him, and then CC trades 1 vet fa and Tate to NJ for Paultz it should work.

Trading is pretty simple for everyone not named Mark. Hes like the guy from Memento. He doesn't trade for like 2 weeks and he forgets how to do it.
