Ducky, your point was based off of quotes that don't exist. You needed to provide some quotes (other than Martinez), where someone called Will a bad GM. You didn't because again, they don't exist. Then you started trying to bring other things into this (NBN v BBS) to try and, apparently, divert our attention away from your idiocy, but that didn't work either. Now you've thrown out the word "ultimately" which I think is the most intelligent way I've ever seen you start a sentence, and now you're "serious ducky". Nice work all around.

I find it ironic that Ducky mentions me when I rarely take part in any hate thread or bashing Mark and Aaron do. Don't fucking generalize in that aspect because I know these guys in real life. I don't need Mark, Aaron or Dan to tell me what to do . Will was a pompous fuck, I don't need Mark, Aaron or Dan to tell me that he was. I never mentioned Will was a shitty GM all I said was I strongly disliked his attitude and put it out on the forum. Maybe it was unorthodox and insensitive how I went along doing this, but I don't have a gang mentality over the past 6 months where I feel like I have to agree with everything Aaron, Mark and Dan say and execute in the same manner I do. I have never once slandered you Ducky when others have, I am rarely confrontational anymore, and to bring my name in the manner you did is pretty fucking pathetic.

I still think A2Js opening post about having tea with Will and bashing the BBS is hilarious. I like almost all of the NBN GMs. Maniac isn't bad at all. I've got no problem with him whatsoever. Tiger is great. I made the easiest deal of my life with AAR in the last league. They just want to have a good time. They don't have a chip on their shoulder about what league is best. They just want to have fun and try and compete in this fictional reality. |

What have we learned? The NBN did dominate the BBS this year. Maniac/Will and Aar did a great job, congrats guys. I cannot wait to see how you guys and Tiger/Ebener/A2J do in the future. Youve all made the league better with your presence, so glad to have you. If you arent in the NBN, Ducky thinks you suck as a GM. Well, not really, but you arent as good as you think. Ducky loves Will. And hey, Will is a cute and loveable guy, so I cant blame him. Fair enough. I'm not even saying I'm a good GM. I don't even consider myself a top 25 GM in NBN. Anyway since you guys think I'm calling some BBS GMs weaksauce that's not true. I think these non-NBN BBS GMs could survive in NBN: and1kid324 - Has already proven he can win in NBN. Is it not fair to say anyone who had Shaq and multiple 1st and 2nd round picks in the creation draft have the #1 seed? I'm not saying he isn't a good GM by that statement but put things in perspective. So what makes someone a good GM? Trading all their plays away for picks. And tanking like crazy to land shitload of picks have a ton of cap space. Come on krup, you wouldn't last a day in NBN, that's all I'm saying. BBS is a great league, and one of the best out there. But the GM skills in NBN> Any league (BBS, global abca, uosl2, etc...). I've been in all those leagues, and NBN is the best set of GMs. And Will is a great GM, and it seems you guys don't give him a chance to prove himself, and when he came in and had the best record in the league, you guys still give him no credit. I don't know about you but I like the fact of having a lot of future firsts and cap flexibility instead of 31 yr old allan houston, 34 gary payton, mediocre keith van horn. My team was built for 1 year and I won 55 games and made it further than Will in the playoffs....does that make me a better GM? No but does that make him a better GM No. Let 10 seasons pass and you'll see the cream rise to the top. |

BBS is a nice little outlet, and some of my best friends are in the league so it is something we can talk about with each other online. Aside from that, this isn't life or death for me. |

I echo what Mark said about the above mentioned guys I think they're all great. I think BBS is at an all time high and I can't wait til we're out of the creation era (players still on creation draft contracts) and we enter the free agency era which adds a very important tangible of being a GM.
