True, terrible loss, I'm 24-16, I can't believe you lost at home to me.

True, terrible loss, I'm 24-16, I can't believe you lost at home to me. 1. Read and see why I said it was a terrible loss. 2. It was a terrible loss because we won every quarter except for one, including the fourth quarter. That's a bad loss. 3. We are 4 games ahead of you so I have every reason to expect to win that game, especially at home.

"2-2, damn this was a tough sim and we choked in the 3rd quarter against the Nets. We shouldn't lose a home game to them, especially when we win 3 of the quarters."
There are two parts to this quote. The first is that you shouldn't lose a home game to me. The second is that you shouldn't lose a home game to me ESPECIALLY when you win 3 of the quarters. Thus, the "terrible" loss part could go into being outscored by 16 in the third. But regardless, the quote "we shouldn't lose a home game to them" stands on its own - separate from the secondary point regarding the quarters.
You are four games up on me, but I actually consider my roster completely equal to yours, if not superior. I'm 2-0 against you. I just thought it was a stupid comment to say you "shouldn't lose a home game" to me, as if you played Chicago. People lose home games.

1-2...but a very good sim. Lost to the top two teams in the East by a combined 7 points.
Three injuries for the team, Billups, Finley, and Burrell all go down.
Sarunas filled in nicely in Chauncey's absence putting up 11/11/7 boards on 5-10 shooting.

"3. We are 4 games ahead of you so I have every reason to expect to win that game, especially at home."
I'm actually better statistically in every single meaningful stat with the exception of steals (9.6 to 9.3), and if you want to include it (I wouldn't), 3PT% allowed. So yeah, I just thought it was funny to see a loss to me at home described as a loss that just shouldn't happen. God I'm bored.

JRich finished 3rd in the Dunk Contest & Yao had 21/12 in the Rookie/Soph game.

Carlos Boozer represented us in the Rookie/Sophmore game. Unfortunatly, Udonis Haslem was selected over Drew Gooden as the teams backup power forward. Nevertheless, Boozer finished with 18, 3 and 2.
He was also an Eastern Conference representative in the All-Star game. He finished with 15, 8 and 3. I'm stoked that Boozer made the team, hopefully it's his first of many all-star appearances!
As far as our team goes, we are losing which is great. We started off the season hovering at around .500 however we have gone 2-8 in our last 10 and look like picking up our first lottery pick. Our other valuable pick (Phoenix's) is also sitting in the lottery whilst our Jazz first looks to be in the 25-29 range.
We went into the all-star weekend with 2 straight wins over the Mavericks and the Jazz, huge! Z put down 25 and 13 on the Mavs and 28, 14 and 4 on the Jazz. Boozer and Gooden both contributed well against both.
After the all-star break we went 1-4 though with our only win coming against Orlando.

Solid 4-3 sim. We got 4 home games in a row, so hopefully we could go 3-1 on those.

oh yeah, and Allen Iverson was in the 3point contest, wtf?
He did as shitty as possible.
Allen Iverson 20points 5rebounds and 5steals on 7-12 shooting in the Allstar game. Nice.

3-1. 11-3 over the last 3 sims. Adding depth guys like AD and Taylor has been real big for us, it appears. They're complementing Peja and Kobe quite well.
