I lived in Jamaica, Queens the past 4 years and if you were to say to any black person I bet you like fried chicken they'd respond hell yea and say they like to wash it down with some kool aid too fruit punch flavor of course. To judge a person based on a stereotype is unfair but stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason because they have some factual value. Haha, you're equating an insinuation about the food of a culture with the validity and social acceptibility of calling Jews rude and cheap. You are an ignorant person, period. you are so annoying. The example was stereotypes......Irish people drunk, italians have bad tempers.....we can go on and on

The equivalent of calling a Jew rude and cheap isn't saying black people eat fried chicken. It's calling them the N word or saying something far more demeaning. Try it out!

He asked if any had seen Fletch because he wanted to relate something about death beds from "The Death of Ivan Ilyich" to something in Fletch but decided not to because nobody had seen it.

I'd defend Aaron in this one, but I think he's about as much use as a giant bag of dicks.
Also, on the topic of movies, I really loved There Will Be Blood. Such a weird, almosty freaky movie with a fucking classic ending. Also, Spence, I've seen all of those movies on that list - not bad.

Thats one of my favorite books we read that my sophomore year in high school. It's a short story, about 60 pages long. Its actually around 300 pages I just pulled it off my book shelf with all my notes in the margins perhaps you read an abridged version? We didn't have text book but rather we had a collection of paper backs we had to buy and read over the course of the year. It was actually my senior year not my sophomore year. The shortest books we had to read was either "Becket" or the four dialogues of plato. Black Boy, The Big Sleep, and The Things they Carried were a few other books that stand out from that year that I enjoyed.

Have to disagree with you here. What I think is incorrect? Haha. Thanks for telling my mind how to operate. Yeah, it was pretty clearly a joke. Also, saying you disagree with someone, and saying it seriously, still isn't telling them how to operate. I'd have to disagree with you on that, too.

Wasn't very funny. Also, you stated that my thoughts were incorrect. Therefore, you're trying to tell me how and what I should think. What the hell? First off, my response was gold. Gold, Jerry. Anyway, here's what it boils down to: If you disagree with someone, you're stating that you have a different opinion. You're not saying they should think like you think.
