3-2 sim...
I had no idea that Duncan was injured for 20 days when I traded for him, but I still think that this team can hold their own.
I'm going to modify my DC without Duncan for the time being

OK,2-1 thats better. Think I'm gonna slow it down a little though to get my bigs a little more involved.
Like Nash. Think that was a good pickup.

Well I'm loving this super big lineup. Lebron seems to love Steve Nash gone because he is putting up 30 point performances left and right without him. Grant Hill is Magic Johnson-esque at PG. He was out against the Grizz with a one day injury which really sucked. We can't afford to lose any games and we need to go on a tear soon.

Nash was sick! He averaged 23ppg and 13apg. Beautiful trade we're both happy with the outcome and our teams are both playing better

Yuck, went 2-1, Hawks beat us by 8 because Camby dominated Shaq. Just experimenting with the DC for now, if we see them again I'll switch Shaq to PF.

4-1. This team is definitely legit - wins over the Knicks, Nets and Hornets, only slip up was a loss on the road to the Pacers. McDyess is just running riot on teams. I think that since we have three sick passers in Dunleavy, Theo and Toine and run McDyess as our #1 that he's just getting a lot of really easy baskets. It'd be interesting to see how many dunks per game he's throwing down, I bet it's a shit load. Our win over the Hornets was a great example: Dyess had 45 and 13 on 15-26 from the field, while Toine (13) Dunleavy (9) and Theo (4) combined for 26 assists alone.
Whatever the case may be, we're 16-7, a game back from the Nuggets and #1 in the West.

2-3. Beat the Wizards and Clippers. Nenad and Troy holding shit down, I do not know how we can win games but we are. Collins is a nice spark of the bench, went 7-7 vs clippers with 15 points. Nenad was a beast, doing his thing.

Midwest is definitely really good.
I'm 2-1 against the top teams in the Atlantic so far, wins over the Knicks and Nets and a close loss to the Knicks as well. I've yet to play the rest of the big dogs out there though.

McDyess is one of two players in the top 10 in the league in both points (26.6 for 9th) and FG% (52.6 for 7th). The only other guy doing that right now is Shaq.

Any worries about whether Hill can play PG or not should be gone after that sim. He controlled his turnovers really well and was passing and rebounding like his name was Mike Dunleavy.

Long term I think the Midwest is better. I mean I truly expect the Rockets to be dominate in a couple years. if they aren't, Greg did something very wrong.
No pressure though.

Hill was really awesome and the best part about him playing PG is his defense shoots up to an A- from the B he was at SG/SF so thats really awesome. Hill is earning those bucks now!

0-3... team came close to beating some playoff teams but just fell short
pacers went 2-1... I missed the cassell trade for them. I've never been a fan of his so hopefully he doesn't prove me wrong.

Midwest Record: 95-77 Atlantic Record 95-73 Hahaha, come on. You think that division is even CLOSE to the Atlantic? I'd say with confidence the Atlantic has the four best teams in the league.

I'd say that my team, the Sonics and Nuggets are all better than the Nets. Sonics and Nuggs are better than the Heat in my eyes too.

Nuggets are no way better than the Heat. Maybe better than the Nets, but I don't think so. The Heat are the second best team in the league, imo.

Such a tough sim tomorrow, our first test of the year. Trying to force a lot of turnovers so I pressed often...we do have good size and quickness on the perimeter, so it can't hurt. Fast pace wasn't a fit for Chauncey at all, so I may try slow...every team we play matches up with us really well, I really think it could be a rude awakening.
