The Magic would like to welcome Nanz as their assistant GM. Nanz is an aspiring BBS GM, and I think this is a huge step in getting his feet wet. He will have full (100%) control of our depth chart for the regular season so that he gets a feel for which strategies produce which results and those kinds of things. Basically he has the tools to work his way through FBB so he can be a good GM someday.
Welcome, Nanz.

Thank you sir. I really like this opportunity because its gonna give me real hands on experience on what i need to do to become a good GM. We have a very good team this year and we should be one of the favorites to take it all this year, so this is no joke. Lets do this.

Nanz is such an utter joke. He just hops around from team to team. He was on my bandwagon, then I lose Baron, and now he is with the Magic. This is why I deleted the toe picture.

Thank you guys. Mark, you didn't offer me a long term deal and you know I have a family to feed! Nardy would understand...

he should really be Lakers or Washington's assistant bc they could use one I want to get him involved with someone who is proactive so he can discuss strategy and talk about things like team needs and trade options and rotations, not some guy who he won't be able to be in touch with. If they can't be active, it won't help him, and that's the reason why he's an assistant--to learn.

Maybe what I should have said is that they need an ast because they blow right now not that Nanz should be their ast.

They do need someone to take over things like trade talk and DCs, or to be the new GM.
