The West is so bad. How are the Wolves playing 760 ball? By having the best passer in the league surrounded by great finishers? 2nd the the league in FG%, 3rd in assists. I think that has a little more to do with it than the schedule. I dunno, a little credit would be nice.

Anyways, we went 3-0 this sim, the big win was a home victory over the Knicks, which we certainly can't attribute to a weak conference. We've split our season series with them and still have to play the Bucks at home to see how we're matching up with them overall.
We've won 12 of our last 13 with the lone loss being the one Haberman mentioned earlier.
D-Mase had a great sim.

And really, is the West that much worse than the East? The Hornets are in the playoffs in the East. The Heat are the 4th best team. The Magic are +500 when their best player in 19 years old.
That's the conference that is so much better than one with a Nash-Mason-Dirk team in the 8th seed? With a LeBron-Melo-Amare-Darko team in the 7th seed?
My bad, I didn't realize my whole conference had to be shit because my team was doing so well. Haters.

One way or another, I'm taking the 1st seed in the West.
Just a FYI.

I love Juan Dixon. I also love that ratings are low enough league wide for someone like him to be a borderline star. I've got a B-/C- scorer going for 22 ppg and my team is above .500. Weird. Especially in the ultra talented Eastern Conference, where a sub-.500 team with one good player makes the playoffs. HATERS!

Last time we played, CP3 put Marbs on his knee and spanked him in front of the whole arena. Last time I checked, Marbury was the 2nd best PG in the league and Paul was a shorter version of Mike Dunleavy. Lemme know if that changes though.

3-0. We turned it over too much with Kobe at PG but I liked what I saw. Going to make a few tweaks and see if we can keep winning because the other lineup beat everyone but the Knicks.

Nenad 24 points 20 boards 2 assists vs jazz, everyone else sucked a nut.

I think it's just that most top teams in the East are "known" while the West contains a lot of surprises. The top of the East has the Knicks, Bucks, a team that won a title before in Miami, a team that contains the "greatest backcourt ever" in Washington" and at the 8th seed comes a team with the MVP.
In the West? I dunno. I doubt anyone imagined the top 5 would contain the Wolves, Kings, Grizz, Jazz and Blazers this far into the year.
