He did big things with KG, and it wasn't working any longer, so he dealt him for Wade to rebuild. Now he teamed Wade with Deng, who is an absolutely stud player, and is gonna add another lotto pick. He's doing a nice job. |

He did big things with KG, and it wasn't working any longer, so he dealt him for Wade to rebuild. Now he teamed Wade with Deng, who is an absolutely stud player, and is gonna add another lotto pick. He's doing a nice job. what did he do with kg? nothing. He is doing a better job but he will sit on this team and won't put the necessary pieces around both Deng and Wade to be successful. I don't think he is really landing a great player with this pick. |

Yeah, I actually like what JAH has going. Wade's only 25, and Deng looks like he's going to be a real star. There are some sick players left IMO. That Deng draft was pretty loaded, wasn't it Howard/Deng/Iggy/Monta/Bynum, something like that? Lot of studs. Except Iggy. He sucks.

Getting GP was a great move however thats really all he did besides adding bench level talent. He invested 3 picks in getting GP he should have broke bank and went for a title then while league talent will still fairly level. |
