Game 1...1-0....Huge win over the Clips to avenge a loss to them earier in the season. Nice to win a game against such a stacked team, especially since we held them to 101. We put 121. VC led the way with 33 and 10.
Game 2...2-0...Another huge win, this time a 108-94 win over a division rival in Washington. Monta had 30 pts, 12 rebs, 5 stls, while Marion was a beast: 16 pts, 17 rebs, 4 blocks, 2 stls. Yee.
Game 3...3-0...121-105 over the Spurs. Good, they're a bad team so I'm glad we got a nice big win over them. Q and Marion were amazing. Q went for 39 pts of 12-22 FG, 5-10 3PFG, 10-10 FT. Marion went for 21 and 17 with 5 blocks and 2 steals. He's such a stud.
This is the kinda sim I've been waiting to have and I think we're about to climb the standings. I felt like once this team hit its stride it would get really hot. Too many producers for that not to happen in my view, but we'll see. This is a big step, and honestly, the big three each 1 or 2 individual good games but can all play way better, so I'm pumped.

2-3. I thought it was just a bad sim, but there was a reason for it.
Gooden had a huge game in day 31, we won...Then he got hurt 2 minutes into day 32 and we managed to win that one, but lost the next 3, and he was hurt for them all. Looks like he's back now, though.
Rookie Jordan Hill got the time at PF in Gooden's absence, and he did pretty well.
15/6 vs PHI
8/12 vs. NJN
14/12/3blk vs. ATL
17/11/2blk vs. UTH
All in all, pretty solid numbers from a guy who should get better over time. Glad to see Gooden's injury was a minor one, though.
