Dude, look at me. I'm shittered on a Thursday and I work 50 hours a week and I have a broad and I'm applying to Masters programs and I'm a pretty terrible GM. This is where you need me. It depends on a number of factors. Body weight, surprisingly, is not one of them despite the fact that THC is stored in your fat cells. Pretty much everyone over 180 has the same chart -
1st time - 2 days
A couple times - 3-4 days
Once a month - 5-8 days
A couple times a month - 10-14
Regularly - 15-30
Daily - Anywhere from 35-90
However, there are some options to avoid hitting the test. Niacin pills, which make you sweat profusely, are said to flush it out. Some people claim that if you just drink a shitload of water you can piss it out of your system, especially if you drink a few spoonfuls of vinegar fist, but appartently drug tests have been sophisticated to tell if a sample has been watered down and is an automatic fail. The best bet is to go to a GNC and look into detox programs. A simple chemical flush, if you don't smoke very often and have a low THC count, can actually clear the weed out without watering down your sample. My brother played university ball for five years and got hit with a few drug tests, he used this shit and passed. But like I said, people will say all kinds of shit.
I always say if you're doing anything that you can't get high in your spare time while doing, that thing probably isn't worth doing. Legalize it, don't criticize it.
