The packers blow their 6th game of the year. Nice!
I really don't think Aaron Rodgers understands that when the other team goes into prevent you can pick up 10 yards everytime. He instead goes 20 yards down the middle and always gets picked off on overthrows

Rodgers matches Favre for career losing seasons at 1.
He cannot bring any team back for the win. McCarthy being a complete idiot in any close game doesn't help either.

Revis is a beast though. Pitt players are tearing up the NFL - Antonio Bryant is having a career year, Revis is nasty, Fitz is one of the best. H.B. Blades, Clint Session are both starting LB's. Good work, Pitt.

the Jets are one of the more unlucky teams. Besides today when have they gotten lucky? yeah, i was gonna say. i mean, they've squeaked out wins over teams they should've had an easier time against, but their wins have been mostly definitive...the chiefs and pats games are the only ones where i can think of a little bit of luck, but not much at all...in fact they really just blew leads in both of those games and held on to win. the titans win, the previous bills win, the cardinals win, the dolphins win had no luck to them at all.

Post by cjmjones008 on Dec 14, 2008 16:30:58 GMT -5
The previously mentioned Dolphins game.
Warner playing like a HS QB in the 1st half won the Jets that game.
Losing the turnover battle to two horrible teams in Cincy and KC but pulling it out in the end.
Winning OT coin toss against NE.
Jets are a good team but aren't anything special. They are in a weak division and the two divisions they are playing for out of division play are the two worst in the NFL (this is also the reason for the AFCE teams all having good records). I would love for the Jets to make the superbowl, but the Colts will beat them by 14+ in the wild card round. If the Jets make it as the 6 seed then they could win that game though.
