I think he should be an ASG first before he takes over one of these teams with their picks and all that bad stuff. But i guess its really up to Spence.

And Rocky-- Pretty sure I can sit down and learn the league as I go. Have to learn somehow right? I'm not trying to sit here and say it's simple or that it's a walk in the park. I'm just saying that I have the time to pay attention to the league and work with a team to try and help them improve into a contender. I have already read through some of the rules and different things such as the Rewards Camps, etc. I am already forming an idea of what it's like. Don't jump down my throat because I was getting excited at the prospect of getting a squad.

Haha, what are you talking about? Jumping down your throat? I said that I was pretty sure there were people on the waiting list... as in, I think there are people on the waiting list. If anything, I was trying to temper your expectations because of how excited you seemed to be at the prospect of getting a team ASAP. To me, it seemed like you didn't know that there were others who might want teams as well. I wasn't jumping down your throat - that would be what you just did to me.
As for learning the league as you go... I don't mean FBB. FBB is very simple and I think that is blinding you to the fact that the league itself is very difficult. That's why attempting to be an AGM and/or trying to join another league with openings is a good idea while you wait.
