Intro
First off, I know this is completely ridiculous but I thought it’d be fun. I thought about this idea at the gym. These comparisons were made based on BBS LEAGUE CRED. The determining factors were: league success, experience, personality and sometimes location. With this, I compared them to a rapper that shared similar traits in personality, success, experience or location. Either way, hope they are pretty on the spot.
The Pacific[/u]
Los Angeles Clippers | Galo- The Game
Were both pretty irrelevant early on in both games cause he was signed on to a label that included the likes of 50, G-Unit and Em and he was in a very tough Western conference. The Game has emerged since then and like GP, they’ve gotten it together recently. Some of their moves will still be questioned but they will always hold down the West Coast.
Seattle Sonics | Aar- Kardinall Offishall
Both got the Canadian factor working for them and from what I’ve heard, Kardinal is coming hard. It’s just a matter of time till Aar emerges year in and year out as a favorite in the West. His game has developed much to the comparison of DJ, the other Canadian GM. Will Aar continue this reign with another Finals appearance this year? We shall see.
Phoenix Suns | Blue- Shyne
Probably one of the most unlucky GMs up there with Nova and GP, but Blue has been emerging recently with some good moves and luck. Like Shyne, Blue’s been underrated but always took the rap as a bad GM like Shyne took the rap for Puffy in that shooting. But it’s okay, because Blue finally has it working and everyone is seeing that untapped potential like Shyne has.
Los Angeles Lakers | Nanz - Kanye West
Hernando left the team in a good situation but Nanz took it to a whole another level. Nanz captured a championship two years ago, a feat Hernando never was able to do. He basically took the game by storm like Kanye and made their names quickly. Although they have their tantrums, Kanye with the media and Nanz with the NC crew, they make it through and still great at what they do.
Golden State Warriors | Pig- Andre 3000
The odd ball of the group is still strong. This holds true in Outkast’s Andre 3000 and Pig with the NC guys. Pig’s made 2 finals appearances but has never come up with the whole thing. His skills are undeniable but maybe gets bored and tries other things (Andre with acting and Pig with poker). Still, both undeniably good when in their domains.
Portland Trail Blazers | Dan - Lil Wayne
Recent blunders don’t reflect the success of Dan in BBS. He won back to back titles and like Wayne dominated the game for two seasons which is tough to do in this league. Since then he’s broken up, and Outlawz has proclaimed he will never get his swag back. Time will tell if this Cash Money Records endorsee can do it.
Sacramento Kings | Scott – Twista
Both guys were pretty relevant in the beginning. In fact, Scott even won the first ever championship in this BBS (Fun fact for today Kids!) But since then, it’s been a distant memory. No one really knows where both have disappeared but they’ve never been the same since then. We are hoping for a comeback soon.
