Meh. 6-3 sim. Wasn't really a very good sim at all. We haven't been playing quite right since Blair was injured. It's like that actually threw off the 'chemistry' of my team. We had three ugly losses.
Not very happy right now.

1-2 sim with a Karron Thomson injury. Nova is gonna catch me, for now at least.
Wizards murdered us. The inconsistency doesn't make much sense. The Magic beat us by 4 too.
Derozan had a terrible sim. Can't handle the 1st option pressure? Our only win was with Thomson injured. This team is just weird.

Game 1....Lost by 4 to Philly. Jennings only played 24 minutes and had 1 foul...got hurt, let's hope not for long. Felton did have 8 assists in the game. Good game overall.
Game 2....Monta scores 46 in a 29 point win over Toronto. Felton put up 18 and 15 with Jennings being hurt. Nice win for us without Jennings.
Game 3....Lost by 4 to Atlanta. Jennings still not back. This injury thing is pissing me off! Got outrebounded 52-39...yuck! Shot the ball well, but just gave up too many offensive possessions because of rebounds.
Game 4....Went on the road and beat Phoenix by 3. Brook Lopez, Thaddeus, and Monta all went for 20+. Felton had 15 and 7 but 5 turnovers still playing for Jennings.
Game 5...Get Jennings back but go on the road and lose to Milwaukee by 7. Only shot 39% and got outrebounded 60-45. Only had 8 turnovers and Monta had 33, but Jennings' 4-16 night doesn't help at all.
Game 6....Got a big home win over Boston. Jennings went for a team-high 24 and 16 in the 24 point victory. Lopez, Young, and Mullens all put up double doubles in the victory also. 4 double doubles and a 8-16 shooting performance out of Monta. Hopefully games are starting to turn around.
Game 7...Lost at home to Dallas by 10. Not much to say here as we shot 37% from the field. Basically a shitty performance all around.
Game 8....Great victory at home over Memphis. Thaddeus, Jennings, and Monta combined for 88 of the 119 points we scored. Shot 53% from the field and outrebounded Memphis. Hopefully we can keep this type of play up from our big 3.
Game 9....Lost by 14 on the road at Miami. Jennings had a nice game with 23, 7, and 7. But then Thaddeus and Monta combined for 21 points on 10-35 shooting. Hopefully we can bounce back from this loss to a good team.
Overall, not a bad 4-5 sim. Had some disappointing losses but some encouraging wins. Hopefully we can keep everyone healthy for a while and find a good DC to continue winning games.

Well, we blew an 18 point lead in the 4th on the road and lost in OT. FBB is ridiculous. That's that.
Magic 136, Hornets 99
Wall had 34 and 11 with just 1 turnover. 10 blocks, 11 steals. Lance had 36/10/6. Machata had 21/9/5 with 3 blocks, 3 steals...yikes. Green shot 13/21 and had 28 and 9. AB had 18 rebs, 3 blocks, 6 assists.
Magic 136, Sonics 131
Yikes. OT win at home, won the 4th by 18...hahahah. MACHATA! 27/15/4 with 3 blocks, 4 steals. Lance had 39/4/10. Jamychal with 15 and 20. 6 blocks for AB.
Hornets 115, Magic 110
Jesus, another OT loss. Pathetically came to the Hornets. We played so poorly. Lance only had 19. Machata had 33/8/5 but fuck it.
Magic 92 , Pistons 88
Yeah, fuck FBB. We lost the 4th 29-13, but we held onto win. We played pathetically. Shocking that we won.
Magic 125, Bucks 82
Yikes. We held them to 7 in the 4th on the road. Lance with 52 on 19/26. SHOOT MORE THEN ASSHOLE. Wall had 28/10. Machata with 19/9/4, 2 blocks, 3 steals.
We're definitely not great and I'm too stubborn to change the DC. Sucks to beat the Sonics and Pistons in a sim, only to lose the Hornets and Rebels. OT losses on the road are gonna happen, though. I'll take 4-2.

Your whole point was that I'm only winning cause of home games...but I'm also above .600 on the road, so it's not as if I suck ass on the road. Obviously playing at home doesn't hurt, but considering I'm doing it without 2 key players, I think it evens out lol. |
