Really tough sim to take, ah. Shouldn't have gotten beat home to New Orleans, and Ebener beat me by 3 in Miami. Blew out Galo in LAC and beat DJ in NJ. I was cool with a split but damnit.

Game 1: Blew out Galo 135-104 in LAC. McGahee had 40 and 8 with 6 steals. Gabe had 28 and 13 on 10-11 shooting. Camby with 23 points on 10-15 shooting, 8 boards. QAJ with 12 points, 14 assists, 2 steals. We forced a ton of turnovers + Galo has an awful team.
Game 2: Lost 98-95 in Miami. Ah. Slugfest game. Both teams shot below 40%. We blocked 14 shots, had 10 steals. Tough to lose but they're a great team and it is awesome to play them so close on the road.
Game 3: Beat the Raptors 107-102 in NJ. McGahee with 36. Joffer had 22 and 18 on 10-16 shooting but turned it over 7 times. Well done. Pathetic amount of turnovers for my team.
Game 4: Worst loss of the season, 130-121 at home to the awful Hornets. Branch torched QAJ, damn. Great scoring PGs will kill us which sucks, but can't do anything about it right now. Aminu shot 13-15 on Gabe? WTF? Flukey game.
I don't like trapping more. I'll give it 1 more sim but I don't think it did us that much good. Maybe I'm just mad.

17-11 through 28 games, considering that I've only played 10 home games, is pretty nice. I'll take it. We haven't been injured though.

Slowing my pace down has seemed to help quite a bit. The less shots I allow a team to shoot on me the better. No more fun high scoring games though. |
