Strengths-Kenny Hardaway averaged 27.4 ppg his freshman year at Michigan. Enough said. He isn't the best athlete or the strongest guy, but he knows how to dominate offensively. He has very long arms an his shots are impossible to block or really even guard. He shot 93% from the free throw line and 55% from three last year. He reminds everyone who watches him of Reggie Miller. He has a step to the basket and is very deceptive at the rim, but his bread and butter is his shot. To be sure, he's not just a stationary shooter. He knows how to create his shots and is always gonna get his points. Also, he's a theft defensively. Owns the passing lanes.
Weaknesses-Strength. Hardaway is weak. Opponents just outmuscle him. He can't fight through screens and can't guard drives. He's a mediocre defender, but he works hard and can play acceptable defense in BBS. But he needs to hit the gym in order to be a starter.
Overall-He could make a career doing 25 PPG as an option scorer in BBS. His defense will always be weak, but he's going to be one of the purest offensive SGs in BBS since Quentin Richardson.
BBS Comparison- The most fitting comparison would be Reggie Miller of the last version of BBS. Offensively, think Quentin Richardson with a little bit less ability, but better handles. Defensively, think any shitty defender who does 2 SPG. Maybe Hahn Owens.
Draft Projection- 8-11. If you need the offense, he's a great pick. Option scorer from the get-go. He works hard, so the defense could come.
Projected Ratings-- B- A B- B- C
