Brynn Marshall SF 19 6-8 225 St. John's Rookie Ratings:[/u] C B B C+ B- A Projected Ratings:[/u] C+ A A- B B+ C Strengths:[/u] Marshall is a very versatile player as he can play 4 different positions. He's a good jump shooter whose also very efficient at the FT line. He's a good handler and a good passer, so he might be able to play PG in the future. His defense is a work in progress, but it has improved significantly from where he was in high school. He's a very very good offensive rebounder. Solid athlete. Lots of upside. Weaknesses:[/u] Not much really. He's weak, that's about all that scouts are complaining about. He's also a terrible ball stealer and shot blocker as well. Overview:[/u] Sure-fire top 5 pick, possible top 3 pick due to talent, potential, and versatility. Could end up being a triple-double threat if he plays at PG, or a very very good role player at SG or SF. Miscellaneous:[/u] Marshall thrives on competition, so he wishes to compete with the best. As a result, he wants to play for a team in the Eastern conference. He can be drafted by a Western conference team, but he refuses to play any games for a team out West during the first 3 years of his rookie contract. So, in essence, for the first 3 years of his career, he will only play for a team in the East.

So is that misc part actually going into effect? I was looking at the standings today and thinking to myself that things look to be correcting themselves pretty nicely. The 8th seed in the west is a game under 500 and the 8th in the east is 1 over. A few seasons ago it wasn't even close.

I think that exception should be removed.
