We bought it with kind of a sweet/Asian seasoning already on it. I put some white wine, some olive oil, some terayki with some zucchini and some mushrooms. Cant wait.
We had Sea Bass last night with mushrooms and a cajun spice. It was pretty damn good.

I had chicken cordon bleu for lunch, except it was made by the dining hall Cooking is pretty easy, just takes a little time to do it right. The best is making something without a recipe. Just kinda throw in what you like and eat it up! |

I like fish because its healthy and its easy. Pretty much put it in a casserole dish with whatever you like and cook it for like 20 minutes.

A good piece of salmon is tough to beat though Salmon is good, but its not as good IMO as a nice Sea Bass. Or Halibut. Some great fish out there. I like Ahi alot too. |
