1. Utah - Jamal Jenkins - Appears to be the consensus number one pick in a year without an obvious number one talent. Jenkins will be able to score and setup his team mates from day one. If his defense improves, he could be an all star some day.
2. Chicago - Sam Hyde - Legit centers that can score, defend and rebound are hard to find these days. Scouts suggest his potential is solid therefore we don't see him slipping past a Chicago team that is in full rebuild mode. They'll start inside/out, which is smart.
3. New York - Ben Gates - New York loves defense. Ben Gates could be a great defender. He can also run the point very well. Seems like a match.
4. Milwaukee - Brody Masterson - Milwaukee needs an inside presence to compliment their perimeter talent. Brody fills a need and can at least rebound well right now.
5. LA Clippers - Diego Alvarez - Weak defensively but has the makings of a serious inside/outside scoring threat. Hard to pass up a potential number 1 option type talent. Could play multiple positions.
6. LA Clippers - Abdul Denton - Well rounded game and nice size at the point. With above average potential, he can be a very good player.
7. Las Vegas - Alan Maddux - Advanced wing scorer. Las Vegas could use one.
8. Seattle - Araki Chiba - Sonics grab a shot blocker to compliment a roster loaded with scoring. Could also grab a dick...
9. Denver - David Abernathy - He is a dick but with Leonard testing FA and no legit centers here, he fills a need and could develop into something in a few years.
10. Toronto - Reggie Yates - Reggie is ready to play now. Could play a couple of positions and is probably already a competent starter.
11. Houston - Jack Russell - Exciting player with mad hops. If he had better handles he'd probably go higher. If he had more size he'd probably go higher. He goes here.
12. LA Clippers - Ryan Jackson - Sick defender that appears to have some potential. Should contribute across the board and should be a very good role player.
13. Washington - Thomas Foster - The Wiz probably won't be around to make this pick so they are given Foster. Already defends and scores well, so might work out well for them in the end.
