I would take Masterson
Mainly because he's exactly what my team needs. A big body in the middle who will do the dirty work.
This would be mostly a needs-based pick, but I feel he's as good as anyone at the top.

Jenkins looks sick and at this point I don't necessarily have a needs based draft pick, so I would probably go with him.
