Small Forwards
1.Delvon Roe SF 6'7'' 225 30 B+ B C A- B- C Magic
Argueably one of the top defenders at the SF position. Roe has a solid offensive game and is the guy you want on the opposing teams star player. Can defende all the way up to the 4 down to the 1 and do it effectively. Not a strong FA class for SFs which is why he'll probably garner a big contract.
Potential Contract: 4 years, 9.5 mill starting, MAX increases[/b]
Possible Destinations:ORL, WAS, LAV, CHI
2.Sven Andersson SF 6'9'' 220 27 C A- C A A- C SuperSonics
A poor man's Delvon Roe. A much better outside shooter than Roe but not as dominating defensively. Still at 27 years of age can be an asset to any team as a 6th man.Has been on a 1 year MAX deal for the past 3 seasons will we see a repeat?
Potential Contract: 5 years, 8 mill starting, MAX increases[/b]
Possible Destinations:SEA, CHI, LAV, NO
3.Michael Gilchrist SF 6'7'' 203 27 B- A- C A- B- B Clippers
Has never played to his true potential. Has the ability to be a dominating offensive and defensive threat but has never lived up to the hype. Many people will hope for a 2017 type of season from Gilchrist where he averaged 18ppg as many people felt he was under utilized and seemed lost in a Clippers uniform. Gilchrist has said he will only return to LA if they offer him an offer "he can't refuse."
Potential Contract: 5 years, 10 mill starting, max increases
Possible Destinations:LAC, LAV, NO, CHI, WAS
Shooting Guards
1.Dexter Strickland SG 6'3'' 192 29 B+ B+ C+ B+ C D Grizzlies
Like the SF position in this class, outside of the top 3 it's slim pickings. Strickland is coming off a great season and will garner the type of contract worthy of a superstar. Strickland isn't a great man to man defender but he has a nose for the ball and it shows averaging over 2 spg in his career. He can put up alot of points although he doesn't shoot a high percentage.
Possible contract: 6 years, 12 mill starting, 4% increases
Possible Destinations:MEM, LAV,NO,CHI,WAS
2.Al Farouq-Aminu SG 6'9'' 217 29 B+ B+ C B+ C+ B Raptors
Probably one of the most underrated players in the league. Aminu put up career numbers last season. He's been on some bad teams and Aminu now at 29 years of age may be looking to change airs. The stats don't tell it all but Aminu to many is argueably a better man to man defender than Strickland. Aminu will likely get a nice pay day from Toronto who's in desperate need to add as much talent as possible now heading into their CY.
Possible Contract:3 years, MAX
Likely destinations:TOR, LAV, CHI, WAS
3.Donte Greene SG 6'10'' 223 32 B- A- C- A- C C Rebels
Has never quite lived to expectations but still a solid player. Can put up points and is solid on the defensive end. He would like to end his career in Las Vegas and it's probable he'll re-sign.
Possible Contract: 2 years MAX
Likely destinations:LAV,WAS, CHI
Point Guards
1. Iarere Ballantyne PG 6'7'' 203 22 B+ A- C+ A- C- B Bucks
Converted to PG late last season, Ballantyne showed some signs of versatility despite playing out of position. Could probably go in the top 3 SGs and will be one of the most coveted free agents based on his age. Many people think Ballantyne still hasn't quite met expectations, and that is a crazy thought considering the stellar season he had. Max contract is a given for this guy.
Possible contracts: 7 year MAX
Possible destinations:Anyone with MAX cap
2.Russell Westbrook PG 6'4'' 194 31 C+ B A+ A D B Bulls
Like Aminu, probably one of the more underrated players in the league. Has never gotten the playing time he deserved and finally last year in Chicago he did having a career year. People will be turned away by his ridiculous 4.1TOPG but there's no denying the talent is there if you're willing to put with his turnovers.
Possible contract: 3 years, 8.5 mill starting, 5% increases
3.Chandler Maloney PG 6'2'' 184 24 C B+ B+ A- C C Jazz
Maloney is not on a lot of people's radars but many people think Maloney can become another Jason Clark of the Dallas Mavericks. Although he doesn't excel in anything, he is solid in every department that matters. PG is a position of need in BBS and this will cause his stock to increase.
Possible contract:5 years, 6.5 mill starting, 5% increases
Possible Destinations:UTA, CHI, NO, WAS
