Atlanta Hawks--Trying to win

Right now we're trying to win, as even though we defintiely look like a lotto team, i'm pretty bored and want to try to contend.

What I want to trade for winning pieces:
(Keep in mind i want pieces that are not ridiculously old, no 35 year olds)

Lamar Odom SF 21 6'10'' 220 B- C+ C+ B C+---Didn't have a great tc, but put up nice #'s his first season and also put up an impressive 18/6/5 to start the season

Jamal Crawford SG 21 6'6'' 185 C+ A- C C+ C B--Had a great tc ((starting ratings were C B C C C A), looks like he has a ton of upside

Primoz Brezec C 22 7'1'' 255 B- C C- B+ B- C--Another player with a huge tc, Brezec has played very efficiently

Jamaal Tinsley PG 23 6'3'' 195 C C+ B B- C--Top 10 pick who has good ratings already
