Strengths
Easily the most offensively advanced 20 year old big man you have ever seen. Not only is he immovable in the post (think Shaq), he has moves like Kevin McHale. It's amazing to get to see this kid play, he put up 76 points, 24 rebounds on Georgia earlier this season. And don't think he just camps in the post, Hill has range out to the 3-point line. While definitely not his strong point, he's been known to knock down some long 3's. His mid-range game is very advance for a big, and he's too tall to block.
Defensively, Hill uses his size and length (No Bilas) to bother shots. You aren't backing him down, or shooting over him. He's not nearly as good on defense as on offense though. Hill is a great offensive rebounder, anything around him is his. He has a solid nose for the ball, but it might be the fact that he's 7'2", 325.
Weaknesses
But being such a dominant force has it's drawbacks, and one of them is lack of defensive effort. His size will block shots, but he can be lazy. Like if you can put the ball on the floor, you'll probably score on him lazy.
That brings up his biggest flaw, Hill is slow as shit. In a league of high powered, fast offenses, it's hard to see how a guy who would define a "Slow" offense as too fast could dominate as he did at the collegiate level. This kid is really, really slow. I don't think I can underestimate how slow he is. Since he's been big all his life, he's never really had to put the ball on the floor...and it shows. He dribbles the ball with the skill of my 8 year old little brother. It's painful. Someone so tall should never keep the ball so high. And passing out of the post? HAH! If he catches the ball in the post, he's turning and shooting. If he catches the ball at the 3 point line (for some odd reason), he's shooting. If he inbounds the ball, he'd shoot it if it were legal. South Carolina realized this and thus only feeds him the ball in the post.
Outlook
Bobby should definitely challenge for the top spot in the draft. He has the potential to be the best player this league has ever seen, but he must be put into the right situation. And that's a very slow and methodical offense that doesn't mind that they will be playing 4-on-5 every time a team pushes the ball up the floor.
