Strengths: Alejandro has made his mark on European basketball with his extremely refined post play. The man, simply put, is a beast in the paint. He has a wide array of post moves that quite often leave defenders looking foolish. His footwork in the post is impeccable. He has a wide frame and really knows how to use it to his advantage. He doesn't have much of a penchant for passing the ball but does have a decent set of handles.
Weaknesses: He doesn't pay very much attention on the defensive end of the court. At all. He exerts himself so much on offense that he simply is gassed on the other end. He isn't in the best shape, but he certainly can't be considered slow for his size either. He just chooses to regain his energy on the defensive end. Alejandro is also a bit of a ball hog.
He tends to take some lazy fouls from time to time which can certainly be frustrating. His work ethic on the defensive end of the court needs to improve if he is ever going to start on a contending team.
