Strengths
Explosive and dynamic are two that completely describe Thomas' abilities. He's very athletic and loves to run. Any fast paced offense would fit him well. Due to much of his natural abilities, his defense and inside offense are thriving parts of his game. He's also developed into a distributor at G-Tech, putting up nearly 5 apg at SG. He may not be a go to guy on offense, but his unique game set up problems for opposing teams.
Weaknesses
He's a little undersized at SG and could add a few pounds. His range is extremely limited as you see him shooting few outside shots. His jump shot improving but still needs work. Sure he was a pretty good passer at G-tech, but he also had a handful of turnovers. Sloppy handles and forced passes are a major concern to GMs who would like to take advantage of his versatility. His rebounding isn't too hot either...
Outlook
Depending on the strength of the draft and how camps go, Lavasier Thomas could go as high as late lotto-mid first round. However, you'll more than likely see Thomas go somewhere in the mid to late first round.
