Strengths: Dodge is an excellent three-point shooter and free-throw shooter. He is practically lights-out from deep. Despite not being an amazing athlete he does hustle as hard as any player in college right now. He is a very smart player that lays it all on the line every night. Thus, he ends up getting a solid amount of rebounds despite his size. He also has an average mid-range game and plays solid defense. He is not much of a man-defender but has quick hands and gets a good jump on passes. He's the type of guy that will never be afraid to take a charge.
Weaknesses: He lacks the elite athleticism of many SG's in the league. He will have to rely on his basketball instincts to survive, but many scouts wonder if that will be enough to turn him into a starting caliber player. His size makes him a bit of a tweener, but he doesn't really have solid enough handles to run the point. The game is there, but the athleticism might not be. Some GM will have to take a chance that Dodge is a hard enough worker to survive in the league.
