So, Im gonna make the 2024 Draft file. No GM created spects. YEE.
2025 begins with retro. I will PM 4 GMs 3 players each and they will create a bio based off of their real life stats and the ratings I give. You will get 1 RC each for 3 bios.
So for example I Pm someone with Rick Barry's ratings and then that person will develop a bio based off the ratings. I will give you leeway to say he was a create man to man defender, or he was better at steals. He had great handles, or made mental errors and had lots of Tos. Ill follow your lead, but they must be reasonable within the ratings.
Im doing this because Id still like 200-300 posts per year in the draft section.

For the first 15 or 20 years itll be just the same draft class. 65=25, 66=26 etc. Im gonna do this because none of us know these guys, so I can do whatever I want. I can make studs mediocre, and scrubs awesome and it wont matter. There will be no expectations. Once we get to the late 70's early 80's I will move guys around some, but that's only so there is some suspense as to the big time stars.
Itll be much different then BBSv1 though. It was too predictable then, and 2nd rounders sucked. I will be much more likely to have stars bust and scrubs star. And the drafts will be much more uncertain. I cant wait, it gives me a chance to have more control over the ratings.

If we restart we have the same problem of where to restart? Weve done it all before. Weve never done this before. Every league starts either current, or close to current. And for everyone that doesn't like this because of the retro aspect wont like starting at an earlier date. I mean how long can we build sims around Kobe, Wade, LeBron? This is different and itll work, we just need to be a little more open minded about it.
