Strengths
Straight up raw versatility.
Feinstein is good at everything. On one play, he'll take it to the rack, on the next play he'll connect with an incredible bounce pass and then he'll steal the ball and hit a three.
Feinstein is considered the best Israeli prospect in the history of the country.
His prowess at the point reminds many of Mike Conley - he does everything and makes teams better.
Feinstein is an improving three point shooter who has an array of complex passes in his arsenal and has great floor vision.
Also has the ability to play shooting guard if needed.
Weaknesses
Not a strong rebounder because of his size and below average athleticism for his position. He's got a nice first step, but isn't that fast in general.
Will never average below 2 turnovers per game at any pace.
Not the best shooter from inside the arc and sometimes struggles from the line.
Outlook
Will definitely go in the top-10, if not the top-5. Should be a borderline all-star once he reaches his peak and whoever drafts him can expect an all-star appearance or two before his career is through.
