comcast set up my appointment for thursday of this week for some reason when they told me it was this morning so now i have to sit in morgantown for 2 more days

welll morgantown is the biggest cluster fuck of a town you could ever imagine
we have a downtown campus (original), engineering, and medical campuses. There is also a law school and agriculture school in other parts of town. The first three campuses are all connected by the PRT (monirail type of thing). The town can't hold nearly as many people that are here when school is in session. It can take you a hour to go about 3 miles because of backed up traffic on 2 lanes roads that need to be 4. I live right next to the medical campus but its anywhere from a 5 to 10 minute drive on back roads. At least 15 on main roads since they are always backed up.

I went from a brand new apartment last semester that was a few blocks away from all my friends to an older apartment in the new complex. Its bigger (I got 2 bedrooms for 1 bedroom price because of a special) but its not as nice. Last people who lived there smoked so it had that smell pretty bad at first but I've gotten in mostly out. I will end up liking it a lot better there though.

and yeah Dan Morgantown is awful to anyone who doesn't go to school here for more than a semester. You can stay occupied with all the partying for the most part but that will get old at some point. You get used to the bad traffic and learn all the short cuts eventually. My biggest complaint is that there are no middle of the road golf courses. There are 3 fucking awful ones and 3 really nice expensive ones.

well each campus is probably a mile or less away from the next (the main 3 kind of make a triangle) the law school is in the middle of all of it
you can walk if you want and some people do since parking spots are hard to find and morgantown makes a ton of money off of parking tickets
