It's NBN mk I players being dispersed in a creation draft. Drafts going forward will hopefully include NBN mk II players, merged with NBA players that came from drafts 20 years previously. E.g. NBA 2000 draftees will be included in the NBN 2020 draft. Hopefully anyway.

The draftees are from NBN Version 1, from some season I believe. The rookie drafts will include players that were in NBN version 2, as well as players in past NBA drafts that aren't in the league.
