Overall Incentives....
There are 2 ways to upgrade players. RCs and ACs.
-RCs are Reward Camps.
-ACs are called Article Camps.
-RCs are right after TC around the beginning of the regular season.
-ACs can be done during the season.
-Each RC equals one +3 point increase.
-Each AC equals one +1,+2, +3 or +4 point increase
-You cannot use more then 3 RC's in any year.
-You cannot use more the 3 ACs in any year.
-Any additional RC's can be spent or carried over.
-All AC's must be spent during the season.
-For RCs, you may only increase a player once each year, and in one category over their career, and only for a total of 3 times over their career.
-For ACs you may increase a player once a year, and in any category you want as many times as you want over their career.
-For RCs, you may never raise a rating over 85.
-For ACs, you may never raise a rating over 85.
-For RCs, players must 25 or under.
-For ACs, players can be any age.
RC Incentives....
Rolled over RCs, along with posts, accomplishments, sigs, league voting and jobs will still earn you RCs.
1 RC for 200 posts
0.5 for making a signature
0.25 for making the playoffs*
0.25 for winning 50 or more games*
0.25 for winning your division*
0.25 for winning the 1st seed in your conference*
1 RC for winning your Conference*
1 RC for winning the BBS Crown*
*These need to be claimed.
AC Incentives....
Are articles. Must be posted as a poll. 1-4. 18 total votes to count. Can do up to 3 articles per year.
We have 2 things we vote on....
End of Season Awards, and Power Polls.
For End of Season Awards a vote is worth .50 RCs. If 20 or more vote its 1 RC per vote.
For Power Polls there are 2 votes, 1 at midseason and 1 at end of season. 1 vote is .25 RCs, 2 votes is 1 RC.
Scott and Jordan run these events. if they cant run it they can give the job to someone else if need be.
So this is exactly how the Reward Points will work. Instead of a grade increase you will get 3 points to "spend" in a category for every 100 Reward Points. This will in turn potentially raise a letter grade. I've decided on this because it gives a GM a more comprehensive control over which part of the players game he is improving.
Note, I will not increase anyone over 85. So if you choose to raise Duncans inside scoring by 5, and he is already over 85 the request will be denied. If someone has an 83, and you choose to raise a player by 5, he will only be raised by 2, and I will put the remaining points into a similar rating at my discretion.
