Yeah, you don't trade a good up and coming young star for two role players and shitty picks. Should have atleast gotten Goodrich in any deal with Pearson.

Whatever will be will be.
There is just no damn bigs here, I like Chiba. I wanted Gail in there but probably was'nt firm enuff on that. The pick does'nt look so good now since he got that deal for Gail who I did'nt think would draw nearly that value. But the bottom line is, if Pearson bolted in FA I would not have shit to show for it.
I at least have something now instead of potentially nothing.

You know,it's funny I hear that a lot but when it comes time to put the chips on the table nobody offered much of nothing. haha you really dont have a right to complain about that. if you didn't get any good offers for him you should've kept him. Him being an expiring does little to take away the fact that he's one of the most valuable players in the league. If people were lowballing you, should've told them to fuck off. |

Guess time will tell, I will say this though.
I've given every free RC we've gotten plus the normal 3 RC's and he has'nt exploded like Morrison and others have.
To say I was getting a tad concerned is an understatement.

Jus saw this. Pearson went pretty cheap. Chiba and Stoner are nice pieces maybe even the picks but nothing value wise as good as Pearson.
