Eh, I think Stoner is overlooked big time.
No matter how you slice and dice it 26 PPG on .500 fucking FG% is a bitch.

you've barely used Cousins as an option while Stoner has been a #1 all season
he would put up at least 24ppg as #1 on the blazers

Eh, I think Stoner is overlooked big time. No matter how you slice and dice it 26 PPG on .500 fucking FG% is a bitch. He's a B defender, B- rebounder, and is 29 years old. His value is weak. |

Larue sucks. I dont know why people even like him. Honestly, if greg did that deal he would get the same reaction as he is getting here. I didn't think greg would move him but fuck i would have at least tried to get reed. I probably would've done reed for pearson straight up which would have been better than any other deal. Dumb move by the rockets. I like chiba and stoner though but not for pearson

You have completely wasted him and done a horrible job at putting togethor a legit contender. You have had one real shot at making the finals and there were two other very good teams that could beat you and they did. You have just been hoping to get lucky or for something to happen for you to get lucky. You've made a few moves to try and put yourself over the top but you haven't ever done nearly enough. Your team the last 6 seasons reminds me D2A in the original bbs when he had Magic and Blatch and just sat on them for about 10 years and did nothing. That was enough to win a title though. |

But then I'm still left with what I have plus the one real good player like Deljuan which just keeps me mediocre. I had to do a shakeup. This deal gives me numerous commodities. It comes down to how I use them. As much as some are bashing Chiba how many damn C's are there in here that does what he does at his age. And his numbers have gone up every yr,I like him. Stoner can score. Lot of bitching about he's overated but damn look at the boxes. He kicks pretty much every other PF's asses,and breaks even with the elite ones. Plus the 4 picks. I just needed a shakeup of the highest order. As good as Pearson may turn out he isnt that yet. And I did'nt want to run the risk he ends up that with someone else for nothing in FA. With his play for winner and greed rating I'll be shocked if he does'nt hit FA. I'll live with it. |
