I didn't say he was a bad baseball player. I just said he likes to binge drink and beat women. I didn't even mention the fact that he also likes to lie, make fun of teenage fans for being fat, and threaten to shoot people.
Also, being a good player doesn't mean you care about your team's success.

Obviously you don't like him as a person.
Miggy cares about winning even if you think he doesn't show it. Even if he could care less about winning, I'd rather have a .320 batter with 35 hr and 120rbis that is very clutch, than someone who "cared." Miggy is one hell of a player and has always been big in big games. I guess because Detroit blew it, you need to find a scapegoat.

Believe me, I can count on both hands the people I blame over Miggy.
Let me ask though, what evidence do you have that he cares? Because let me tell you the evidence I have that he doesn't. He blows .26 at 6 am the night before game 161 of a pennant chase.

The Steelers are making our defense look like a bunch of scrubs. This is probably because our defense is a bunch of fucking scrubs.
The only reason I'm watching the game is because of the Steelers fans who are filling 50% of our stadium sold the game out for us.
My girlfriend bought an ikea bookshelf that I get to assemble.

I'm a Steeler fan and yeah your defense is made of a bunch of scrubs but it can't be worst than the Raiders. Its 28-0 Giants and its just the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Raiders defense is non existent.
