I think live is always better but I'd prefer something a little later in August.

Live is better...just make sure you enter the keepers beforehand Chris.
Also, I'm with Mark too in that the later in August (or even early September) is better. I like my drafts to be closer to the season so training camp battles and progressions can be monitored before drafts.

Yeah, that's why I always like it later. Also, training camp injuries to high picks is brutal.

well I like the earlier draft time because of those injuries that could always happen.
I'll push back the date towards the end of august though.

ugh I'm having a problem with keepers. It keeps telling me Aar has 19 picks and Nova 17 and it won't let me set up the draft. If I give someone else commish powers can you check for me? I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Team Total Picks Total Keepers

why wouldn't you? it seems like most people want it changed. this is an old thread... people who wanted it changed wanted it changed to to this date hence why everyone who posted before you says this works. I have drafts the week after(in person) for my money leagues and that's when school starts for me so I'm not changing it. |

for clarification the original draft date was Aug 12th and I changed it back already two weeks. It's not like this is something new.
