who are the upsets going to be today?
I thought whoever won WVU-Arizona would give Duke a very good game and win so I am hoping I am right

I think WVU can take Duke. After watching Kansas State methodically dismantle USC I feel they can definitely give Wisconsin a good game, and I think Marquette can run with Stanford.

Besides the ones mentioned above, I think A&M has a chance against UCLA. They have the big men to neutralize Love. If they can get Josh Carter some open looks from 3-point range and deny UCLA the opportunity for second chance points they'll have a chance.

I think K-State can beat Wisconsin too, that's really it though.

Terrible shot selection in the 2nd half, poor performance on the defensive glass... Duke deserved to lose. Not a fun game to watch.

The refs made the first half hard to watch. Huggs has made great adjustments (mostly on defense) all year so I was expecting Duke to struggle in the second half. I wasn't expecting them to play as poorly as they did though.

pop was unreal...if he's allowed to play his game, he can put games up like this. it's great he's playing for such a great program, but it also limits what he can do. regardless, he's getting drafted in a few seasons.

stanford is going to lose this game because they can't play man to man. Marquette thrives on the speed of their guard play with penetration and kick. You totally under utilize your twin towers catering to marquette's spread isolation offense.

Refs were favoring UCLA IMO for that game. Thank goodness, cuz I have UCLA winning it all.

Nova's going to the Sweet 16.
Scottie Reynolds is the heart & soul of this team, he's really matured a lot from the beginning of this season.

Nova's going to the Sweet 16. Scottie Reynolds is the heart & soul of this team, he's really matured a lot from the beginning of this season. I still can't believe they beat Clemson. I'm not a fan of Nova and I feel they have been overrated for a good part of the season but I'll credit them for never saying die. They're always clawing back in games or keeping them close. I don't like Scottie Reynolds game and I think he takes away from guys like Malcolm Grant and Corey Stokes. If Nova adds some guys(0 recruits signed for '09) they could be a very deadly team. HOYA SAXA crushing Davidson with Hibbert chilling on the bench

Davidson's very good at changing their screens at halftime. Curry's going to get more open looks this half. They didn't show their more complex baseline routs for Curry until the second half vs. Gonzaga. He's a lot better at getting open than what this half would suggest, though Georgetown did to a very good job defensively. As soon as you see him zagging through those spaced-out double screens, I think he'll get his shots off. Davidson can play solid basketball without him, but he really needs some looks to make this a game.
Also, I really disliked Reynolds' game as a freshman and through most of the Big East season, but he's really balancing his penetration with his shots and has stopped forcing. He's very good.

Curry wasn't as active w/o the ball as I'd thought he'd be. Regardless I don't think his team did a good enough job running screens to get him the ball
BTW, I'm happy to see Nova in the Sweet 16... Corey Stokes presenting Bayonne, nice

I was surprised Nova beat Clemson because I thought Clemson matched up very well with them. I expected whoever won that game to reach the sweet 16 though.
Davidson is going to make a run in the second half but I don't see them coming out on top

Rivers or Wallace will shut Curry down. Rivers has such quick feet on defense I love it
