Sounds good except for the receiving team having the option to refuse it. Unless team by refusing the owed pick the pick still is considered payed. It's just an owed pick, not an owed pick with a stipulation. If team receiving pick refuses it that's fine, but the team owing the pick has fulfilled their obligation to me as long as it fulfills whatever stip is on it. As far as the time issue though that sounds fair. Just so you know only one of the two criteria needs to be met. This is not in place for teams to refuse picks if they do not want them. This is in place to prevent teams from being autoed when they don't even know they have the pick.

We are getting ready to enter the end of 2009 not the end of 2006......Yes in early 2007 XBOX had a lot more games....That was because PS3 had just come out. Now there are just as many PS3 exclusive games as XBOX 360 games...
To be honest the best exclusive games are on the Wii.....Mario Cart rocks.
95% of any game worth a damn is on all systems though.

that and all of the exclusive DLC that we get and you don't. The Wii was fun like 5 years ago.

Yeah, Mario Kart is timeless. It may have been fun 5 years ago, but it's still fun now! I have both a Wii and a PS3, and like JAH said, the best games out there are multi-platform anyway. At the end of the day, Xbox has far too many problems with breaking for my liking, and the controller is fucking awful. Sony's controllers have always been the best. Add to it that it's got a Blu Ray player and never breaks, and you have the better console in the PS3.
PES, NBA Live, Call of Duty, GTA IV, SF IV. Those are the games/series I have mainly played on PS3 and the only thing better about them on the Xbox was the DLC for GTA IV. That's it. For all the flaws of the Xbox, it's not worth it.

what flaws does the Xbox have? Yes, it occasionally breaks but guess what so does the PS3 and guess what you have to pay to fix your PS3 the Xbox is free for the E74 error and the RRoD but guess what failure rates are down 60% with all the new systems.
We also actually are able to chat with our friends on Xbox without having to be in a game... something the PS3 does not have which to me is so stupid. We don't have to wait an hour when we first purchase a game for it to install and update and we also have Xbox Live while not free but hey it at least actually works!
There are so many more games, DLC, and features the Xbox has over the PS3. Netflix, Xbox Live Parties, 1 vs. 100, we're getting Facebook, Twitter, Last.FM, etc.
I've always had a Playstation but it's expensive and doesn't have enough exclusive games.
and greg that's BS, if you got the RRoD they aren't supposed to charge you, you needed to call customer service and they'd send you a coffin for free.

Meh, if I want to go on Facebook or any of that stuff you posted, I do it on my MacBook or iPhone. What the hell is an Xbox Live party lol? I've had my PS3 for like 5 years or so now and I've never ever had a single problem with it. Of all my friends who have PS3s and/or Xbox, I've never heard of any of them having any problems with their PS3s either, yet most of them have had problems with the Xbox breaking in some way. That's gotta be so damn annoying. Also when you play a game you want to have comfortable controllers like the Sony ones... not big bulky Xbox ones which have an awful D-Pad and an awkward layout. I'm not too bothered about exclusivity because the games I play are on both. But if I had both consoles, I know I'd enjoy playing the game more on the PS3 that's for sure.

lol the Xbox controllers are not bulky they are the same exact thing as the PS3 controllers... if you're talking about the original Xbox controllers than yeah those shits were humongous.
Everyone I know who has a PS3 uses it for the Blu-Rays... and uses the Xbox for games. My Xbox broke once... got it fixed for free, and got it back two weeks later. hasn't broke since.
I also don't want to pay $400 or whatever ridiculous amount they were charging for PS3s to play 3 games.

The 360 blows the PS3 out of the water. It's truly not even close.

I don't think one console is far superior to the other, but I think all in all, with the capabilities and reliability of the PS3, it's the better console at the end of the day. Games-wise it's not really a debate because the best games are on both consoles, and even if Xbox has games like Halo, PS3 has games like Metal Gear. The best thing that could happen to all gamers is if there was some sort of dual server where Xbox owners could play online against PS3 owners too, expanding the networks to reach as many people as possible would be sick.

What the hell is an Xbox Live party lol? I a feature where you can invite and chat/play with friends at the same time. How is that unique? Is it just the ability to talk to each other without being in a game? If that's the case to be honest I didn't even know if the PS3 can or can't do that, it's not something that I'd do anyway.

what flaws does the Xbox have? Yes, it occasionally breaks That is a pretty damn big flaw! Everyone I have ever known to have an XBox 360 has had them break within the first year. I have never known one person who had a PS3 break. As for the cost difference. The only penny you have to put into a PS3 after you buy it is games. Everything is free. Heck didn't XBOX 360s come without a Hard Drive and with controllers that took batteries when they were new? Plus like what $50 a year for XBox live? Lets be honest if you play a lot you can go through some batteries. I did pay $260 for my 40 GB PS3 though....It came with Metal Gear Solid 4 (isn't this a PS exclusive? I could be wrong) and GTAIV And it came with a cooling unit (even though it is pointless...no need for it) and a wall charger for my controllers so it doesn't have to plug into the system. And I have not put another penny into it. Also I just turned on my PS3 to see if you could only chat in a game because I swore that wasn't true. And guess what...I can chat perfectly fine without being in a game. I can go to playstation store and download every demo there is. I can download full games (have downloaded several for free actually) They have their little social network site thing the same as XBox ( I never go there...why would I? I have it for games and blue-ray)

Play doesnt like anything, I was just looking at the rule thinking of ways to improve it. Im not sure I can, but I want to think on it a little bit before I copy and paste it into the rules.
